By providing credit card information, you confirm that you are the authorized user. If you order a subscription, we can charge your credit card for the subscription fee each month. Notify us promptly of any changes to your credit card details. We reserve the right to collect applicable taxes and impose premium surcharges for certain Services.

Purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable. Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for actual currency, goods, or other items of monetary value. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items as we see fit, and we are not liable for any losses you may incur from these changes.

When you submit content through the Services, you grant us a royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your content. This license is perpetual and will terminate if you request the removal or deletion of your content. However, we may retain server copies of your content that have been removed or deleted.

The laws of India govern these Terms of Use. You consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India for any litigation related to the Services.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be determined by binding arbitration in India, following the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS.

You agree to indemnify and hold GameYogi Pvt Ltd and its affiliates harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand due to your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
